Shipping Rules and Restrictions
Products on eligible free shipping will be delivered between 2-4 weeks.
The products will be shipped free from China, the US, and the Canadian warehouse. Please be advised different customs policies in different countries can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. All duties, fees, and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
The buyer can cancel the order only 30 minutes after the order is placed and needs to send the seller cancellation request through email. If the product is shipped, unfortunately, it cannot be canceled. The buyer needs to wait to receive the product then follow the return procedure.
Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding federal holidays.
All customers must place their orders with matching billing and shipping addresses.
Shipping charges do not include any applicable import taxes, customs duties, or fees that are due upon entry into the destination country. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
